Our Process
Getting Started
Purchase a design package that best fits your needs! After invoice for the design package is paid, we’ll schedule an appointment and discuss measurements, style preferences, colors, appliances, and inspiration photos. You can expect your custom drawings and an estimate within 2-3 weeks!
We will set up a follow up appointment to review and finalize the design and you will be given the estimate.
Purchasing Cabinets
Once the estimate is accepted, a 50% deposit of the total project cost is required to secure your place in our build que. Please note that changes made by the customer afterwards are not reflected in this billing. Our current turnaround time for cabinet building is 8-10 weeks.
When your cabinets are complete, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining project balance not including installation cost.. Installation will be scheduled once this balance is paid in full.
The installation fee, along with any changes made by the customer, will be due the day of installation.
